Kelly has spent her vocational life as a not-for-profit executive, consultant and development professional. Formerly to becoming the CEO of Future Church Co., Kelly founded OptUp Consulting, served THINK Together as the Chief Engagement Officer, and led Vanguard University as a Vice President and President of the Vanguard University Foundation.
Kelly lives in the Atlanta area with her husband, Rich, and their 2 daughters.
Dave is the Strategic Director for the Grace Family of Churches headquartered in Atlanta, GA. Before Co-founding Future Church Co., Dave was the U.S. Team Leader for 3DM and Lead Strategist at Wayfarer Ministries. He has worked as a collaborative partner with 100 Movements, 10,000 Fathers, and Exponential and has written several books including Redefining Normal: An Open Invitation for Ordinary People Wanting to Become Extraordinary Disciples.
Dave lives in the Atlanta area with his wife, Kim, and their 3 kids.
Tessy McDaniel is an administrative professional with more than 35 years experience in business management, customer service, marketing and print production. Growing up in a family owned business in Houston, she excelled in all areas of the company including graphic design, digital and offset printing, administration and office management. On the Pivvot team, she serves as executive assistant to Will, Kelly, and Dave.
She lives in the Houston area with her husband and has three grown children, two grandsons, and two step-grandsons.
Stefanie graduated from Berry College in 2008 with her Bachelor of Arts in Communications. She previously worked as an Account Manager for a travel management company, and most recently worked as Operations Director at Grace Midtown Church in Atlanta, Georgia. Stef has a passion for Operations because of her strong care for people. Operational systems matter because every system has to be used by a person.
She lives in the Atlanta area and enjoys spending time with her husband, Luke, and 2 dogs, Jameson (English Bulldog) and Jaxson (Shihtzu).
Shane has served in pastoral ministry in local churches for 15 years in New Jersey, North Dakota and Minnesota. He also spent a decade serving as part of the national team for the Evangelical Free Church of America where he consulted church teams and coached leaders in developing a disciple-making culture. Shane loves to help leaders actualize tomorrow’s dream by helping them internalize their investment today.
Shane lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota with his wife and three teenage young adults.
Scott Kindig has 30+ years of pastoral experience as a student pastor, church planter, executive pastor and missionary. He served in the Grace Family of Churches in Atlanta, Brook Hills in Birmingham, Community Bible Church in San Antonio and the Georgia Baptist Convention. At his core, Scott loves to multiply disciple-makers to hear from God and do what He says. Scott loves to invest in people with the ability to change things chasing after Jesus movements.
Scott lives in Atlanta loving his wife Kim, his kids, Seth, Nate, Drew, Mary Beth, lovely daughter-in-laws Laura and Anna, and his two grand-girls Georgia and Ollie.
After serving as a pastor in Pennsylvania and New Jersey for thirteen years, Cory founded Fulcrum Content, a gospel communication training organization. Cory has co-written multiple books on church leadership, including Future Church and Younique. His primary role on the team is to coordinate and collaborate on long-form content.
Raised in central New York State, Cory now lives with his wife, Kelly, and four children in central Pennsylvania.
Steve began working in local churches in 1994, and has held a variety of positions on church staff, including executive pastor, youth pastor, worship leader, director of communication, and janitor. Since 2005, Steve has served a variety of churches and faith-based non-profits, providing organizational consulting and creative services. On the team, Steve oversees marketing efforts as well as serving as the brand architect on branding projects for Future Church Co. clients.
Steve lives in the Colorado Springs area with his wife, Carrie, and three amazing kids.
